After sale service provided in the karan automobile tvs service centre is worst and harassing customer. On 5th may 2020 i went for my 3rd servcing and also have an issue of battery, servicing department manager told to come after 3/4 days as no spare battery available. Then i went on 19/05/2020, same dialogue by the same person. They don't have any ethics and moral, disgusting managers of said showroom. Frequently face problem by customer in said service centre: 1. No proper maintain of first come first serve, the servcing department manager do as his wish, kind and favouritism only. 2. No proper servcing 3. No water servcing, i have done my 3rd servcing but till now they didn't provide water service. 4. Doesn't respect customer. 5. They are mostly focus on sales and get commission, don't care for after sales service. Was this information helpful? | |||
