Tvs Motor Company — Agency not providing us part of tvs pep+ scooty

Dear sir,
i have owned tvs pep+ scooty.
i need service for that scooty when i went to agency they thold me they dont have any part of that acooty and behaving rudely and told me to purchase that part from other shop. thats not fare i will go to consumar forun about it if i will not get any answer within reasonable time period.
