Tvs Motor Company — Apache 200 4V Faulty given to me | |||||
Hello all, I currently I have Apache 200 4v mat black, Chassis no- MD637BR19H2B03154, Registration no- DL11 SR 8561, bike run only 1752km. I am an existing user of TVS Apache 160 Fi past 9 years. And all tvs member know that, 160 Fi bike having a major fuel pump issue. After selling my 160 Fi bike, I purchased an Apache 200 4v bike on 8 June 2017 from MCR Enterprise. On the 2nd day of delivery I got a heating issue. Sales manager Kishan told me that after 1st service, It's resolved by itself. As per Apache user manual, I have done my 1st service at 520km in Sabarwal tvs rithala on 18 June 2017. After the 1st service I got missing problem in rainy day bike continues 2 days (19 June to 20 June 2017.) I was in speed of 70 to 80 in middle of highway, I am very close to the accident that day more than 2 - 3 time, because of the sudden missing problem. I ask to service manager to about two problems, And they very casual, "lei Ana service center" Due to my busy schedule, I took my bike to Sabarwal tvs rithala on 3 July. I spend my full day. And the multiple followup end of the day they return my bike. After sometime service manager told me that same issue on carburetor. They clean it. After washing bike has again missing issue. Service boy did something on my bike and it returns to me. On 6 July 2017 bike gives me again missing problems in rainy day. And I meet with an accident because of a sudden missing. I return my bike to Sabarwal tvs retail on 7 July. And they told me they not able to repair the bike till 12 July. If I am paying for you 1.6 Lac, I want from you a reliable product. So, sir I don't need this kind of bike.I cannot tolerate this bike anymore. I want my money back. I will attach a pic of related documents. I am giving 1 star for the TVS products. I will never buy any TVS products in future. Very very very bad product and bad performance. Guyz please don't buy any TVS bikes in future.

Lodge a Complain to Consumer court that's is the only solution. Otherwise
TVS will not do anything.

worst two wheeler we've ever purchased. TVS engineers can never provide you a solution for any technical fault you have in your bike or scooty
My friend used this bike too and found its totally waste of money if anyone buy this bike

Bad Service from TVS. Never purchase tvs bike in future. Customer service is too much poor. they don't care about the problems what the customer facing.
TVS Apache having heating problem. the service provided by the centre is very bad, they cant co-ordinate with the customer.This bike is waste of money. i m not satisfied by this bike.

Sad to know about the problems faced by you. I too had a horrible experience with TVS. After that I left looking for TVS bikes as my experience haunts me a lot. I feel like every TVS user has the same story to say because of innumerable issues with their bikes as well as their tech support service. I would say, Say No to TVS bikes to all my friends circle
