Tvs Motor Company — battery issue in just six months

Dear sir, i purchased tvs apache 200 4v 2.0 special race edition in march 2019, after six months i face a battery problem, i can't use self start feature and due to no kick in it, i have pushing my bike then star in gear so i m in huge trouble, so i contect with service centre but they are not interested at all when i contacted many time the response came from centre and they said to parked my bike in service centre because they said it take 3 or 4 days to utilise these battery issue. Now after 1 week over they didn't contact me not at once, and my bike still parked at service centre with any work done on it.
