Tvs Motor Company — bike problem in self start

Hi dear sir/mdm.
I am facing self start problam in my bike last one week. I have gone to monu tvs in noorpur distt bijnor arround 4 time. Monu tvs says me i have not self start part. Then i call the tvs customer care yesterday. Tvs customer care said me, i am taking a compain against ur bike problam and sending a otp by a msg but i have not receice any msg aur call. I am requester to u plz help me reg problam. If i dont have solve a problam then otherwise i will go to court in delhi because i am working in delhi. Thanks reg. Nadeem ahmad mob.[protected]
