I purchased a TVS jupiter on 29 Nov 2019 in sarur motors, borda, Margao Goa. My scooter has a pick up problem and its taking hard time to get above 40 km. My dad complained about the issue for 1st 2nd and 3rd servicing but the problem was ignored all the time. When I brought the scooter for 4 th servicing I complained about the issue but when they finished servicing I paid the bills and took the bike (I was never offered test ride). When I start riding i still find the issue as it is. At the same time I brought the bike back and complained again. Then I was offered a test ride with service guy he also agreed with the issue. They told me to keep the scooter and to call next day to verify whether problem was solved and ready to pick up. Next day when I called it seems like they don't have a clue and he told me he will verify and call me back which they never did, then I went to the service station borda Margao Goa to check there they told me to come next day.
II) when I was paying the bills they told me to just sign on the feed back form where they don't gave me to fill which I need to specially request to ask for a feed back form which I signed to write the feed back. Was this information helpful? |
