Tvs Motor Company — Bike spare parts

Dear team, this jan 2016 - i buy tvs jupiter bike from ajay tvs firm & showroom, latur (Maharashtra), but after 5-6 month, i have problem regarding spare part which is attached file in this mail. This spare part automatically cut from joint which i show to showroom manager & service manager also. But they are not given satisfied ans to me.
So, i kindly request to you pls support me and solve my problem as earlier as.
