TVS Motor Company — Booked TVS jupiter on 12th March 2020 not received delivery

I am Shweta Pavaskar from Malad, Mumbai-400064. Booked TVS Jupiter on 12th March 2020.from TVS Authorized Dealer Hare Krishna Motors Goregaon, Mumbai.After lock-down open also their is no reply from dealer when we call MSG they continuously telling us diff diff excuses. Then we ask for refund of money as we paid full amount n not taken loan. they r refusing that also till data they r not given our Jupiter not even refund of money. pls help me out with suggestion or else i have to take legal action for this.

1.Provide me delivery of Jupiter with registration no. n accessories or

2. Refund my full amount
