[Resolved] TVS Motor Company — clarification regarding free service | |
Free service has been done by charging rs. 260/-. Charge was stated to be for changing oil. The oil replaced was only 900 ml. Is it cost rs. 260/-. Please clarify is it free service or paid service. The service station is dugar distributors pvt. Ltd., indore. There was constant call for service saying that it was free service. But after getting the vehicle serviced the payment of rs. 260/- was asked for. How it can be said free service. For only putting 900 ml. Oil how can the company charge rs. 260/-?
