Dear sir,
This is to share my experience of service centre, magnus tvs located at boisar, dist. Palghar, state – maharastra.
I own scooty pep, registration no. – mh-12, ey-725. Myself visited your service centre, magnus tvs on 04.09.2017 for first time. I narrated the problems which were to be rectified for my vehicle scooty pep. I. E. Servicing of the vehicle, silence noise is more, oil refilling, non functioning of head light, guard, uneven rotation of rear wheel.
After 4-5 days call from service centre came & i went to collect the vehicle. Bill was for an amount of rs. 4779. I paid the same & collected the vehicle. I observed that there was oil leak from the bottom of the vehicle, vibrations coming after attaining the speed of 40km/hour. Resistance / vehicle pulling on one side. I visited again and asked magnus service representative about the problem which were not earlier in vehicle. I was asked to keep the vehicle again for fixing the problems. I kept the vehicle. Again after 2 days i was called by magnus for collecting vehicle. I asked them whether the problems which i asked them were rectified or not. I was assured by mr. Swapnil that there is no issue now & pl. Collect the vehicle. I was told that there was a crack in silencer and vibration & pulling vehicle on one side is due to that. I collected the vehicle. I rode and found the same problems including oil leak, vibrations, pulling vehicle on one side. I was got angered and again i was explained something different reason for all this problem i. E. Tyre of front wheel is fixed wrong. I kept my vehicle again for fixing the problem. Two days later i was called by your representative to collect the vehicle. But there was no surprise that vehicle was having the same issues and no rectification of problems even i spent almost rs.4779 rs.
I asked them to cancel my amc contract and refund the money on 25.09.2017. I assured them that i will never visit your service centre in future and also promised that non of my family and relative will purchase the tvs vehicle in future.
This is a matter of regret and shame on part of tvs that even after keeping a vehicle for almost 21 days and visiting your service centre for 6 times (2 times only required) and spending money of rs. 4779/-, performance of vehicle deteriorated instead of improvement.
I filled the feedback form at magnus tvs. A copy of the same is attached herewith.
It is my observation that your service team is totally negligent, careless, having lack of knowledge, unprofessional and untrained, highly apathetic and irresponsible.
Pl. Look into the matter and resolve the issue of my vehicle at the earliest. I am not interested in visiting your service centre any more.
