Before 6 months i brought apache 160 4v from the 1st service i am having problem like problem in gear shifting, problem of noise in brake of wheel, problem in fuel tank cover not properly locking, i went to auth. Service station but i didn't get proper solutions of the problems. I don't expect this type of service after paying 1 lac for this product.

I have buyied a TVs n-torque bike and in my 2nd service I m having a self start problem.
The service man are disgusting and the worst thing is that rhey can't even order a bike part in a month.
I recently bought tvs ntorq scooter from Shanti tvs showroom, Rayagada odisha.in first week i observed starting problem with self start as well as kick start. Based on how many days the bike is stand still that long it takes for starting. For stand still of one day i need to kick for 15 times to start. Reported this issue immediately to showroom. Within 3 weeks, whike i was riding the scooter with family, whole petrol got leaked and bike came to stand still. I pushed the vehicle to showroom. After 2 days they delivered. After 2 days when i tried to start the vehicle, it didnt start. Called the showroom, mechanics came, used some tools and started; took to showroom.in mean time i raised online complaint. Area manager nd teritorry manager visited the bike at showroom, inspected and said that now the issue is resolved.in meantime first service is done. Alao they told that i should not touch accelerator while starting the bike. But still the same issue is continuing. If the bike is not used for 24 hours, it wont start in self start. Need to press button for 1 min. If it is stand still for 48 hrs... Then even after pressing ignition button for 2 min it wont start. Need to kick 10 times... The showroom mechanics, territory service manager, area service manager are ckueless about how to solve this issue... Hope i will get some solution through this complaint. If there is any option to upload the video of the starting issue.. I could do that for better understanding. Note: the show room guys are supportive, but they dont know how ro resolve this issue
