[Resolved] Tvs Motor Company — complaint against the delay of 3rd year insurance policy | |||
I am writing this letter to request a quote from your company for comprehensive insurance for my motor cycle. I am writam saha. I have bought a motor cycle, apache rtr 180 (Reg no-wb52ac2899), from tvs credit finance, which lone agreement no is k03054tw0061109. According to the contract motor cycle insurance benefit is 3 years. But for 2 years i have got the benefits. The expire date of 2nd year renewal is 15/05/2018. For the 3rd year renewal i have applied a notice to my nearest tvs centre but i have not get proper result from them. Company has inform to me by a mail that the request will be processed within 8/6/18 at 11:30 a. M for eligible cases and which is not satisfied by me, because i cannot use my bike for my important purpose. I will be highly obliged to you if you concern about my important problem.
