Scooty pep + given 2nd nov 2017, got my scooty on 6th nov, received call 5th my sooty is ready you can take it on monday but when i visited at service center (Abhishek tvs service center asalfa) andheri scooty was not washed, scooty noise issue and kilometer was not working.
Locked call on tvs customer care not not received any call. Complaint no. 96311. Very mush disappoint, what further action i can take.

We have purchased 5 tvs bike from Dholpur Rajasthan TVS Dealer within last 2 month. We have facing many product related issue . But TVS dealer not interested to give us warrntty and proper service. Then we complain to dealer they doing misbehavior and charge amount by name of inspection charge, Service charge, and many wrong charges.
