Tvs Motor Company — customer care rude behaviour

I called [protected] and [protected] just to ask about tvs zeppelin launch, and their behaviour was very rude and they asked me not to call them.

I sold my few month old r15 v3 so that i can buy zeppelin as soon as possible once its launch, so should i stick on to buy my first ever tvs bike or move for other foreign brand again?
