TVS Motor Company — Dealer is not cooperating in replacing damaged part of TVS Jupiter

It’s been more than 20 days, a TVS dealer at my location is not cooperating in replacing damaged part of my father’s TVS Jupiter. My father is a senior citizens and he has to travel 9 km every day just to check whether a part is available or not. And everyday the local dealer is saying it will be available tomorrow.
