[Resolved]  TVS Motor Company — Dealer not handing over vehicle even after full payment

I have booked a TVS Scooty Zest on 29th Nov from Prabha TVS, Ashok Nagar, Chennai. I had paid the amount in full (online transfer) on the same day. I have been to the dealer 4 times now.. They say my bike registration is over.. But they are not handing over the bike. Neither are they returning my originals. No reason given. They don't answer calls or give me an explanation when I visit them. Today I waited for 2 hours and still didn't get it. I complained to the manager (Arun) and but he didn't take any action and left the site. At one point they tried to give me a different vehicle, which the security spotted and mentioned that that's not the bike I have under my name in their records.
I dialled TVS customer service numbers, but none answered.
