Dear sir, We have purchased tvs xl100 hd from vishnu tvs, p. Puliampatti and paid the full amount for the vehicle and take delivery from show room on 20/03/2018. They did not give the invoice hard copy at delivery time, in the middle time the vehicle was registered in rto office and we ask invoice & rc books from dealer then they give the invoice on 28/04/2018 but billed date is 20/03/2018, i ask the question to them "why is the reason for delay to give invoice to me?" and they are not give proper answer to me and still date we are receiving original rc book from dealer, so above reasons we lost tax claiming and value is difference between invoice value and paid amount approximately rs.3000.00 difference, what is the reason for this difference?, i'm in confusing soo, and this is only not my problem, every one will meet the same problem from their, so kindly reply my complaint as early as possible.
