I purchased new scooty pep plus at thaly motors this year in march 2017 on the day of gudi padwa. Initially all was good for first 2 months. But after doing the first servicing at thaly i used to hear loud noise of the silencer. After which i went to them twice. They did something as gave it to me back saying all was okay. Again after 3-4 days same problem came up and this time i was very angry as i had to visit the centre again just because they have not done their work properly. I spoke to the manager over the phone and he told me that the silencer was spoiled and he would replace it with the new one. For a month i had no more complaints, but again after 2nd servicing this problem cropped up and from that time till date i have been visiting the centre leaving all my work aside and dealing with this silencer issue. I am so very fed up that i told them to replace this scooty with a new one. What more can be done with a vehicle which goes out of order after every 15 days. I need the vehicle to be replaced. Kindly resolve this issue for me as none seem to cooperate with me at thalys.
