Tvs Motor Company — defective engine in new apache rtr 160 bike | |||
We purchased a new Apache RTR 160 Bike from TVS Motor Company through Authorized Distributor " Qamar Traders, Sambhal" on 10th April 2019. A abnormal noise has started came out from Engine. We informed to Distributor and TVS Motor Company both, but no response. After one month they responded and call bike for noise checking. They opened the complete engine part by part without confirmation. And it's lying open from 10th May 2019 at distributor workshop. Now our request is to replace new engine as we don't want to take re-assembled engine in our new bike. It will affect the performance of bike. Regional Technical Head is not ready to replace engine.
