Tvs Motor Company — Delay in delivery of tvs wego | |||
I am g. Swayambu, of ashok nagar, chennai. I have booked a tvs wego vehicle with m/s. Prabha tvs, ashok nagar chennai on 26.06.2017 with instructions to accept delivery of vehicle on 30.07.2017 after registration and fitting all the spares. On 30th, being an auspicious day i took delivery of the vehicle without registration, without spares fitted. Not only that, the vehicle remains unregistered till date and regarding spares, they give so many stories. The services of the dealer is far from satisfactory. I am shocked to see that the registration shall take more than ten times. They are tarnishing the image of tvs and spoiling customer trust with tvs. Please look into it and if the problem still persists, i may have to escalate it further. Having booked the vehicle on 26.06.2017, the showroom was kind enough to register my vehicle with registration authorities on 06.07.2017, i was told. How fast they are determined to deliver the vehicle after registration. It is not only their goodwill, that of tvs is at stake.
