This is to inform you that your after sale service is pathetic and and the experience is worst.

1st Auto Race

After the monsoon season I have done service at your service center AUTO RACE GOREGOAN WEST the service done 1st time was OK OK but was not as good as local mechanic does it.

After the service done my handle was stiff.The bolt was not fit near the front tyre and the same cable bolt was not fit from upside as well, for which my handle was hard and stiff while turning to left side and even the cable had got cut as it was getting touch to front tyre mudguard and got the cut.

When revisit and ask them to fit the bolt so straight forward answer was you have to wait as there are bikes and no time at all, for 2 bolt to be fitted does it take 2 hrs of time. And was ity mistake I haven't yet service my bike outside any where till date can check my service history in your Crm or in your system.

I called the Mumbai service Manager Mr.Sagar ji and with his due respect I explained him the scenario and he spoke to the manager and then my work was done for all this small small thing do I need to to disturb Sagar ji always and get his phone call to center then only my work is gonna be done is this the way. And then to after that my service was not Satisfying me as the noise was still there but then to the mechanic said there is no noise at all and the noise is of the body since it is a fibre body so noise will be there and all the licks of this body is damaged hence noise will be there and nothing can be done if this is the case I did a mistake by purchasing this fibre body vehicle.

2nd Trivikram

I had visited Trivikram device center in andheri and said them my issues with the bike after the test ride my bike was taken inside the center for the service.
I was been inform that break shoe Need to be replace
Clutch overall service need to be done and roller need to be changed for which I said OK do as u feel Better but my bike should not jerk or bang on road the noise of handle.

When asked is my body lock damaged as noise is coming from front of handle in reply it was said if at all the body lock was to be damaged ur body would have to been fitted properly and who said its damaged.

My bike roller was replaced and the clutch puli was disassembled and serviced greasing was done and finally they said bike is ready and it was handed over me.

But it was shocking for me after 30 mins the bike was jerking so badly that I could not drive my bike at all so I thought it's been greased and service and new roller is been fitted so it might work properly after few Kms but Al's it wasn't I have to drive my bike at the speed if 10/20 and headed towards service center and entire petrol was exhausted since I could not drive More than that speed as it was jerking a lot means a lot.
I visited the center and again the test drive was done and was inform yes there is a problem in it again the entire clutch was open disassembled greasing was done again refitted still the same issue.
Later the mechanic fitted the new pulli and tested there was no issue at and was said the clutch pulli assembly need to be replaced and it cost almost 5500 I said OK can we just changed pulli and the clutch shoe assembly so habit would be cost they said almost near around 2000/- and labour charged tax and all over all near 3000 may be.

It was good that none of the parts were available even the rear break spring was not available neither the Mc kit for the For the front disc break neither the clutch shoe break assembly neither pulli neither the entire pulli set if at all it was there I wound have replaced it as I wanted my bike to be perfect as my work is on bike all the day.as they said they have put the request will be there in 2/3 days.
Somehow I contacted VL Auto Service Center they said yes we do have the parts but you need to bring your bike here and let the mechanic check 1st.

2nd day early in morning I headed towards byvulla VL Auto Service Center to service my bike as it was not properly services I have to drive my bike in the speed of 10/20 due to jerking like nothing and feel like I may bang somewhere.Finally I reached there my bike test ride was done and taken inside for the service as the mechanic opened the clutch and chck all the parts it wasn't fit properly and was over greasing done in the pulli some small parts were not fitted properly due to which my bike was jerking badly and when he opened the front shock absorber oil it was not good and was suppose to be replace and which was done after filling the fresh oil in the shock absorber it came little up and when test drive done little handle was loosen which was tight later and when asked him why didn't he replaced the Mc kit of the disc pad and the clutch pulli he said not required at all who said you have to replaced it as the fitting must have not done correctly and Jr was over greasing inside the pulli now as I have serviced it properly and there is no much high fault in it but it may come across in future as it was not fitted properly may be it has got damaged internal which i can't check and tell u exactly but if the jerking of the bike increased later in future u have to replaced the pulli for sure and slightly there would be a jerk while u drive how come a mechanic service and dirt everything without replacing the part of pulli and the Mc kit as he refilled the break oil clean the disk pad and it was working properly which was shocking to me if at all I would have replaced the parts there it was a damaged to my pocket which was actually not required.

Now my point here is why it wasnt service properly 1st time as I have water my 3 days to service and fix the bike issue
2nd the most important my bike jerking is still there little bit now and it do jerk in start It is due to the over greasing and not fitted properly for which my clutch pulli is damaged internally and I need to to be fixed properly as this issue wasn't there at all when the bike was been serviced and now I am not satisfied with my bike at all and while I drive I need my clutch problem to get sorted immediate bases and for which I am not gonna pay a single penny.

The bike which was not serviced properly finally it was properly service at VL AUTO SERVICE CENTER AND I am glad that I went to VL AUTO and did the service or else I would end up paying the cash which was not required at all

Really appreciate the work of VL Auto Service center I was so impressed that even I purchased AMC wherein its too far for me to visit that service center but I would be happy to go there and do service.

Last not the least
I want my clutch issue to be replaced as fast as possible before it give me a huge damaged.
