[Resolved] Tvs Motor Company — duplicate parts | |||
We’ve purchased a tvs XL100 registration number UP32JP8654 on 28th January 2018. Currently we own 4 tvs XL including above and among all those 3 bikes are being purchased within the last 3-4 months and the newest is just 4 days ago. 8654 is a defective bike. It may have either manufacturing defects or original parts being replaced with duplicate parts by dealer bhavya automobiles ashiana Lucknow. It’s been just 2 months and bike has been sent for repair or replacement of parts two times and again third time it required repairing. First time volves were replaced( as communicated to us, we’re not aware about the fact), second time again volves and gear box were replaced, now this time god knows what parts are required to replace.first time it takes 15 days to get repaird by bhavya automobiles and very next day it again broke down then it takes 3 days again to get repaired. Some engineers came from company end to fix it as communicated to us. But again it works only for 2 days and now creating trouble. We want a permanent replacement of this bike any how. We want new bike as we’ve not invested such amount to keep the bike in Service centre only. The issue is not yet resolved and TVS company itself marked it as resolved. The vehicle is still lying with bhavya automobiles after 4th time broke down. We’re not talking the vehicle back as it is defective and Definitely duplicate parts has been used. Company representative Has clearly spoken that CDI is defective. We want our money back or replacement of the vehicle. Please help. We’re enclosing the receipt of possession by bhavya automobiles
