Tvs Motor Company — Engine shut down when I riding in between 20 to 30 kmhr

In February 21 I purchased a Apache 160 2v bs6 after one month start engine off while I riding it in 20 to 30 kmhr even sometimes off if I am riding it more than 50 kmhr from second service I am complaining this issue to LN MOTORS BASTI U P but still they haven’t fix my problem

I want answer from Tvs
