[Resolved] Tvs Motor Company — Failure of Engine in brand new vehicle | |||
Dear TVS motors I like to bring to your notice that my brand new bike Apache RTR 160 purchased in the month of January 2014 was found with a engine failure. My hard earn money which has been invested on this bike was driven for just 9000km and found defect with the engine. I have noticed this issue from the second free service and i have been assured that after doing the regular service this problem will be resolved. but it is a huge disappointment that in the 4th free service i came to know my bike's engine is failed. I would like to provide you the vehicle details and job details as below:: Model : TVS APACHE RTR 160 REG no: KA 05 JC 2995 Job card No: 3317 Date: 15/10/2014 Name of the service centre: NEO Motors, Bilekahalli, Bangalore-560076 Note : All Four free services has been carried out in the same service centre .even after doing there is a failure in engine. I am holding all the records which was been given for service. I request to the management to provide me replacement with a brand new bike since the engine has failed within a span of 8 months and just driving 9000KM.
