Tvs Motor Company — For my rr 310 fork oil seal broken parts issue

My front fork oil seal was broken.and i order the parts above one month in kannur tvs showroom.there is no further progress.dont get parts till now.whats the reason for that.i buy the bike with full cash and i dont get any service parts from the company..this is meaningless.i kindly requesting to service my bike by changing the front fork oilseal.
