Hi This is sachin kumar.I am from Rani Ganj Muhalla ward no 17 Bara Chakia East Champaran Bihar PIN 845412. I have purchased a TVS JUPITER CLASSIC BS6 HQ.P.BLUE in the year 23 November 2020.My RC number is BR06CM6986. I have gone to dto, Post office and also agency but RC not found.Then what I do? The post man of Bara Chakia 2020 is responsible for the RC because he has not informed me. this post man not responsible for my all documents.
