I have given myu Wego to your TVS showroom in Wagholi, Pune Maharashtra and the name is RIHAANS .
I write this mail with deep regret and give below the sequence of the events.
i had got a call from your service centre informing me that the vehicle is due for servicing.
I had promptly given my vehicle. When I had given my vehicle my fuel gauge was working. But when the vehicle came after servicing the fuel gauge was not working. I immediately called your workshop and informed. They had sent their representative to pick the vehicle and it took 6 working days for them to rectify the defect. But when I had enquired about the delay in delivering the vehicle, they had informed me that they were testing.
When the vehicle was delivered after 6 working days, again the fuel gauge is not working. I immediately called your workshop and spoke to Mr.Pratap who keeps informing me that the vehicle will be picked up but in vain. I have arranged my self to get the vehicle delivered to your workshop.
Second issue is that there is a leakage in the fuel tank too.
Can one of you please intervene and solve my problems ASAP.
