TVS Motor Company — I am complaining about my tvs jupiter classic, in 1st free servicing, they didn't solve the problem

In 1st servicing i told the problem on the desk but after service problem was not solved, the sound come from engine is remain same and now it become larger.
Then i told to the supervisor, he answer me sir isse kuch nai hota
But now sound is very high.
