Dear sir/ madam
This is Javid hussain. Three years back i bought a new Scooty pep+ vehicle from NPTVS showroom, Kamarajar road, Madurai, Tamilnadu.:

Three weeks back i found an abnormal noise from vehicle, then i called the technical team from Sri.Pandiyan TVS, PP Savadi, Theni road, Madurai. Two mechanics came and took the vehicle to the workshop. The next day they called me and said that it's a problem of crankshaft and they given me the quotation of Rs.17198/- to rectify the problem.

I accepted the price and also i paid Rs.6000/- in advance.
After two days they called me and said that the crankcase also brokered. To rectify this they are asking me to pay more Rs.7000/- so finally the total cost is Rs.24198/-
Now i have twi questions.
The service centre is having full equipped and well trained mechanics are with their? Why they can't able to find this problem first time itself?
The A/C manufacturing companies are offering five years warranty for the compressor, the total cost of A/C not even Rs.25000/- then why you can't extend your warranty peroid?new vehicles cost around 49000/- inclusive of all tax..for repairing the same will cost 24198/- what a logic??
I always prefer to buy TVS products, but now i fedup with your products. Please advice me.. Was this information helpful? |
