TVS Motor Company — i did get the service, my amount to avail the service is paid by me. there is no notification from the company side.

I had booked a road side assistance service on 5 th of august in jaipur. I called at their toll free number. They asked me pay 450 inr in advance to avail the service. I did pay the amount. And i had to wait for 5 hours in night for the anyone to help me. But after that they didn't even pick my phone. No one came there. And i had to drag my motorcycle for 5 km to reach home. My motorcycle was not in service warrenty.
