Tvs Motor Company — i need to complain about my newly bought jupiter, not even a month and the scooter is demanding way too much of fuel. it's giving less 30kmpl.

I am really disappointed with the milage of the scooter jupiter which i bought a month back.
I have to fill the tank full for about 3 times in a month for only 6 km of daily drive. Even when i never crossed economy limit.
The scooter company assures atleast of 50 kmpl milage in city but what i got was less then even 30 kmpl. If anything is wrong with the scooter i want it to be replaced. Because it's company's fault of not delivering what they claim.
