TVS Motor Company — I purchased apache 160 4v 2018 but in 5 months there was a noisy sound from exhaust

I purchased apache 160 4v. And there was a issue in exhaust a very irritating sound from exhaust. I also visit KK tvs service centre nangloi in delhi they said we change it in 10 days but now it was around 1 month and there was no response from them when i call they said there was no stock of exhaust from last 1 month. Why i purchased this bike??
