Just making fool to customers
After insurance claimed tvs is still not resopnding to our complaints.
Hi sir,
I bought the bike apache rtr 200 bs6 on 1st january 2020, i just drive the bike for 26 days and on 27th day while i was going to my office on the bike i met with an accident that day on 27th january 2020, actually i bought this bike on emi sir, i don't have any query related to the bike, actually i have issue with those service center's, sir why they are just making people fools, i kept the bike on 28th january 2020 in gandhinagar showroom, oceanic motors, sector-30, near thermal plant. But since today sir they are just giving nonsense excuses to me and saying that as this is bs6 company has not launched the spare parts yet and it will take time we have ordered the spare parts from chennai, it has been 4 months and still they not received their order.
I am requesting everyone this is an unexpected experience from tvs.
This issue will be raised on social media also. I will carry my issue to court also if needed.
I am paying each month emi on time then why tvs is not responding to the complaints of the customer.
