Tvs Motor Company — Improper service and no invoice | |||
Dear sir/madam I had left my scooter tvs jupiter no. Ka25 eu 0054 for general service at guled tvs motors, bagalkot karnataka. While handing over the vehicle they had examined and found that everything was fine and did a general service of changing engine oil and water wash. Once they handed over back, we found that auto ignition key was not working. When i took back to service centre they told that ignition switch is not working and replaced it. I have also taken amc for one year, even then they have levied service charges again along with parts cost. Just three days after again ignition key is not working. When i called them the manger talks rudely and threaten me. They are giving receipts to any of the service or parts they change. Request to look into the matter seriously and its happening whenever i go to the service centre. Best regards Was this information helpful? | |||
