I purchased TVS Jupiter BS6 in Feb 2021. Year 2021 was very good I got 42 kmpl mileage in city throughout year uptill last free 4th service from which I am getting 33kmpl. Pls note I only drive the vehicle and on same route in city. My vehicle is showing 99% in eco mode and any time one can check my brake pads which are in good conditions after completing 4000kms. I always service my vehicle in Supreme TVS service center near Nitin company Thane (W) State: Maharashtra. My vehicle number is MH04 KS 4877. Second problem rose when i have given my vehicle to same service center in Sept 2022 that it is intermittently stopping of vehicle when accelerator is not given, for which I have to give self start again. Service center advisor Mr Rahul changed thermal sensor and O2 sensor but problem is not solved. After going at service center for at least 9times I saw careless attitude of Service advisor that he has not interest in solving the issue after coming 9 times for same problem . In between this mileage issue is kept on sidelines. I am driving 2 wheelers since last 25 yrs. Mr Rahul service advisor of Supreme TVS is talking or defending rot, that traffic has increased potholes have increased . How can potholes and traffic increase drastically in year 2022 ?? Or he is showing his incapability to solve the issues, i.e. mileage and intermittent stopping of vehicle.
How can TVS give authorization for such service center. I have written many mails to TVS company via customer mail id but in vain
Hope my problem will be heard by some expert trained person in TVS company
