Actually I have purchased Zupiter 2 Wheeler last year and
On Jan 17 I met with accident and on Jan 18 I have placed vehicles for repairs in your service center

I have lodged a SBI gen insurance claim and received claim no.
Claim has been approved and still your garage people haven't placed order for parts.

I want to lodge a complaint but just wanted to Inform you before lodging complaint, for any positive response.
