My vehicle suddenly break down after 1st service and now engine not cranking. I was visit SK TVS for same, however they are not interested in consumer concern. 1st they agree to open the job card after 2hrs after the interfere of TSM. I receive a call from Dealer after logged a complaint. I don't know why he call me because he was not interested to lesion his customer and taking like in the way as I am the responsible that failure. Again Mr. Verma call me, I says kindly update the cause of failure then didn't give any response and cut the call. This attitude is completely surprising for me. My vehicle laying at garage from 3 days still unaware form cause of failure. Now I understand it's my fault who buy TVS vehicle. I never repeat that in future and also spared to my circle that don't waste your money and time on cheep product and pathetic service.
