TVS Motor Company — Jupiter 125 not working properly gearbox is not good

I bought this vehicle in January last year nd in November its rear wheel got stuck I went to service station they told it's gearbox is jammed it's ol parts got changed nd i paid for it nd now in January im facing the same problem again
