I have purchased jupiter and it is having startup issue since i have purchased it, had a word with customer care to replace the scooter, as it is under warranty, but they said we can not replace it and when we handover the scooter it was in ok condition, now my question is that do you have any provision where customer can take 3/4 days test ride before purchasing same bike/scooter (Pathetic response).
Today, 3rd time i have given my scooter to service centre for same issue. Service centre engineer fix it for the period of 2 months and after 2 months over scooter start giving startup issue. Not sure whether tvs service centre engineer are well trained or they just giving temporary solution and waiting for warranty expiry date, so that they can charge more money to me to fix that issue, which they can fix it under warranty.
I will request tvs customer care to have look into it and fix the issue permanently, as this scooter is used by my wife and yesterday due to this problem she has to push the bike around 3km.
Scooter has been given to yash tvs service centre, wraje, pune to fix the issue permanently. Kindly do follow up with the service centre. Was this information helpful? |
