Hello sir/ma'am

As i'm existing customer of tvs from past 3-4 years. Not only this i'm running a non-profit group which consists of 5 colleague's of mine or you can say best friend's of mine. We all have apache rtr 160 (I[censored] want i'll provide u registration details).
The issue is here authorised dealer is shanti motors which at the time of selling vehicle gives you a lot of calls from there executive for purchasing vehicle and what all tacts they can use to sell there vehicle.
As a proud owner of apache or i can say proud owner for only this particular machine not for your servicing maintenance and the way you executives at workshop behaves or makes a proud owner guilty by saying some taunts and unmotivational speech.
As on 29th may i have given my vehicle for service in workshop why because of you executives call and her incist for giving a try to there servicing team to cope up with our satisfaction level as most of the apache owners right here in bikaner i have seen gets there vihicle service from tvs workshop till 2nd or 3rd paid service after that they all also have clear view of the quality of servicing done by so called apache experts which are made by you as they are wearing uniform at the back there is written apache expert.
So after 2nd 3rd paid service we have a mechanic "prakash" which is situated in local market and he himself alone is serving near about 25-30 apache who are fixed customers and other all bikes he services.
So after many incist of poornima ma'am i decided to give a last chance to workshop team and gave my bike.
So as i visited there and directly called poornima ma'am that i'm right outside workshop she camed and one of the mechanic "prem" who was seeing bike was there.
Then the job card was filling and i was telling issues that are effecting then at last i told them 1 thing which was a major issue and still not resolved from past 1 to 1 nd half year of noise coming from rear side of bike.
Then prem mechanic took my bike for a testdrive. Then he came back and said haan haan theek hai samjh gya sab krwa dunga tension he mat lo badhiya hogi gaadi..
I was ok at that time and poornima also told me ok sir thanks for your support is baar aapko koi shikayat nhi hogi.
And i pushed off and at the time when i came for delivery of my bike it was getting polished then poornima also camed i told her ma'am first of all i'll take testdrive if everything will be alright as per promised then only i will agree to close my job card she said alright i took my bike for a testdrive and as i started riding i was feeling something very distrustful and when i took it on the road it was going towards one side and handle got very stiff and it was clear its a bend then i checked issues which i told them to resolve:
1) which is of noise coming from back side it was also there not at all worked done to decrease it. It was same as before.
2) gear shifting problem was there it was also same as it is.
And after this i was so angry and frustrated i took back my bike to workshop and then i simply asked ma'am what work you have done i have not given my bike to spoil it damage it some bend kinda thing is there it was not in the morning when i have given my bike.
At that time prem mechanic was passing by us i asked what you have serviced given a bend handle got stiffed he said arey aise kaise bend aa gya yaar i said chalo aap testdrive par i tooked him i was sitting behind him and he then agreed yes bend is there i asked him so how come it happened it was not there in morning and till today i have never ever visited mechanic for a bend work for my bike in my life till date.
He said khadi khadi me thodi bend aa gya pehle se hoga ye. He was not at all accepting or trying to clarify the issue he clearly said it is not his fault.
So what happened when in morning he tooked my bike for a testdrive when he came back told me yes everything will be resolve this and that what happened that time??
He didn't told for bend if it was there before service??
Poornima was also standing there in morning i asked her then she was like sir kar dete hain kch aap btao ab kya kren aap dekh lo check mrwa lo bend niklwa lo.
This means she's also agreeing that in morning it was not there but directly she's not saying.
After this the misbehaviour of prem
He said me infront of whole staff executives other people in workshop arey yaar kyu dimaag khaata hai teri aadat hai har baar service krwa k kami nikalne ki or fir jaan khane ki kyu time khoti krta hai.
What the hell???
A mechanic is talking like thus with a customer??
If i'm a bike enthusiast yes i will raise my voice if any single issue will going to arise and i'm not getting that work done it in free i'm paying for it yes i will ask if sumthing is not right..
It is my right to ask (Accrd. To law) if i'm paying for some service.
Then i without seeing anything walked straight to owner of the showroom workshop "sachin" sir and told him my issue he called manager of his workshop and prem mechanic for the issue and then same infront of owner he said me same thing which he said infront of all in workshop.
At that moment i simply said them to clear my dues and i paid wat all was there.
Many other things are there i can't describe it by writing all the stuff i have also a recording of having a word with sachin sir regarding this issue..
I feel privileged that i aaryan ahuja who was suggesting and telling people the worth of buying this machine till date was given such a golden respect with lovely words and giving a bend in my bike handle why i don't know and the main thing what i'm a customer how can i prove that bend was not there before.
I'm seriously saying i will not at all recommend any single person for going for tvs its a major trap they simply sells there machine and at the time of maintainance gives customer more issues in there bike so that they get more opportunities to rob customers by simply showing new problems in there bike with such a great insult.
I'm giving you a challenge the decrease in sales you will face in this bikaner district.
