TVS Motor Company — Multiple unresolved issues with apache rtr 4v bs 4 model

Chain sprocket, fuel tank cap, rear brake, battery, starting problem, gear shifting.
All these are reported from day one but service center has not resolved it under warranty and also not updated my issues in complaint history in order avoid in warranty part replacement .now they say these are known issues with the model and part replacement is the only permanent fix and asking me to pay for the parts .very disappointed that they dragged the issues unresolved until my warranty period. Now want me to pay .
