Dear sir / Mam I bought New TVS apache RTR 160 4V on 5th May 2019. And i get my Vehicle no. On 12th May 2019. Already more than 1 month gone. But still my Vehicle no. Not Registered and also not get my Permanent Registration Certificate. Why getting late. Getting so much difficulties to ride a bike in city. Please solve this as soon as possible. Pics attached.
