This is the follow up on the complaint lodged against the new scooty pep+ (Vehicle no. Tn05ca7113) which was purchased on 8th sep 2020, we lodged our first complaint on 18th sep as the bike is getting automatically switching off and black smoke in silencer.
Sbm motors chennai kolathur branch technician checked and informed that the bike has to be taken up to service center... And the vehicle is picked up again on monday 21st sep 2020 and returned on the same day saying the problem is rectified... But the problem didn’t get rectified and technician took the vehicle again on 23rd sep 2020and yet to return.. Now when we checked sbm motors technicain is saying that main technician from tvs will have to check the problem and will update us tomorrow.. We expect the permanent solution from your end.
