Dear sir / madam,
I have purchased tvs jupitor on 8th of june 2017 from m/s. Shelar auto, k k market chowk, balaji nagar, pune.
We have facing tremendous problem with the vehicle since the day of purchasing. We got very ridiculous service from m/s. Shelar auto.
Following issues are not resolved up till now.
1) excess petrol consumption: we raised this issue to service engineer and asked to do the tuning that time vehicle was hardly 85 km driven.
2) after 185 kms, he asked for servicing. We have paid rs.500+gst.
3) after 268 kms, same problems persists.
4) today, after 330 kms we have given vehicle to service station to resolve the issues.
5) when we accelerate the vehicle, petrol indicator start fluctuating.
So overall experience is very bad. No one expert are able to find out the solution. Today vehicle is with service station, now i dont want this vehcle either you give my money back or give new vehicle or we are going take this issue to consumer forum and press news.
I have not paid money to make r and d on vehicle.
Please look in to the matter and revert back.
