TVS Motor Company — No registration number for 2 months

I brought a Black colour TVS Jupiter from Samrat Auto 90 feet road Mulund (E) on 3rd Feb 2017 and have not received my registration number till date. The dealer does not pick up calls and is not available at his showroom. My first service also is done but I can't take my vehicle out as it does not have a valid registered number.
