I have given paid service by 50 days before. They told me battery not working.
I told them to change the battery by warranty. They didn't change the spark plug that they billed for spark plug. But at the time of delivery they told me that due to low manpower we can't remove the battery and told me to come after some time. I started my bike by hicker for past two months. My leg got paining. What is the service of esteemed TVS dealership? Last Saturday I went to KMB TVS and told them to claim the battery in warranty. They told me come after 3 days. I told them that my warranty will finish on October 2022 and requested them to claim for warranty. Customer asking and crying for warranty.
I am extremely affected to start my bike by two days without battery.
What is your action?
I will give compliant to consumer court. I have recorded calls KMB TVS.
I need immediate response or?
