TVS Motor Company — no silencer available for tvs phoenix

I purcased tvs phoneix in 2013, now its silencor got damaged. I tried in all showrooms and service centres in vijayawada and rajamandry and i found that spare part nowhere. Without providing any spare parts why you introduced phoneix model and now that model bike was also nowhere. If spare parts not available in villagers or mandala or towns it was ok but why it was not available in cities. Resolve this issue as early as possible, guide me procedure to get that silencer.
