Our TVS NTorq got some issue with key set and tyre (which was changed from showroom).
As the issue was with the vehicle, showroom asked that they will take the vehicle from home. Saying that, they kept us idle for three weeks (where they didn't came on given timing for many times).
At last we had to make some noise at TVS showroom and they came to home at that day and took the vehicle.
It's been another two weeks now where vehicle is at showroom and no update from their side yet. I sent multiple multiple multiple emails to TVS customer care and all I get is that they apologize and no fix or update.
We want to know the status and fix of our vehicle. TVS literally hold us 3 weeks and kept the vehicle at showroom for 2 weeks rounding to 5 weeks in total.
This needs to be escalated at the earliest to next level apart from customer care. TVS customer care is not even sharing the escalation matrix and the showroom team don't know what it is.
Our vehicle is with them and they are not giving any update of the same. Was this information helpful? |
