TVS Motor Company — Noc provided for my vehicle has incorrect registration number.

I received an noc for my bike (Tvs apache) however the noc has incorrect registration number i. E mh 12gq9134.
The correct registration no is mh12gq8098.

I tried to contact tvs showroom/service department as well as head office in chennai however no one responds to my request.

I have tried calling the toll free number [protected] many times, without any help.

Below is email thread with tvs contact persons.

Is anyone going to respond to this request?
Let me know the contact details to log a complaint with tvs services. I am following up with tvs for this request since 1 month and no one has responded yet.

This is worst customer service i am experiencing from tvs.

Wrong registration no. Mention on noc for bellow mention cusmter.

Actual correct registration no is mh12gq8098 but in noc mh 12gq9134 mention

Request you please send noc to pune hub for bellow mention custmer., noc & vehicle info. Form & fir copy scan copy attatched for your referance..
