Tvs Motor Company — non fulfillment of commitment | |||||
Hi i have purchase a tvs jupiter 2.5 months from green tvs sector 10a gurgaon. At the time of delivery of the vehcile dealer says that they are shorten of the extended warranty of 5 years from tvs motors co. So they give it later. Now its more than 2 months i am chasing them for my permanant registration number and 5 years extended warranty certificate and they are saying they are not getting it from tvs motors and few days back they said they are not going to provide me the extended warranty as company is not providing. Is this the level of services and i have mail my complaint 10 days back no revert from tvs motors also. I feel cheated by dealer as well tvs motors co. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is the worst tvs service centre & very worst company in two wheeler range & the people working in this company r so irresponsible towards customer.that I will not suggest any person to buy any vehicle from TVs company in my life
